OUR RESPONSIBILITIES
We promise that we will give your pet:
* Considerate, respectful and compassionate care with their health being our main concern.
* Care provided in a safe setting.
* Care provided by a concerned staff committed to pain prevention and management.
We promise that we will give you information about your pet’s diagnoses, treatment and expected results:
* Planned course of treatment, including an explanation about procedures.
* Treatment risks, benefits and alternatives.
* Information about any pain your pet will experience and how it can be relieved.
* A written estimate of your pet’s hospital charges.
PET OWNERS’ RESPONSIBILITIES
Your pet is completely dependent on you for its care. To help us help your pet, we ask that you:
* Provide complete information about your pet’s health, including past illnesses, medications, and any other matters
that pertain to your pet’s health.
* Ask questions when you do not understand what the Veterinarian tells you about your pet’s diagnosis or
treatment.
* Inform the Veterinarian if you anticipate problems in following your pet’s treatment.
* Pay for services at the time they are rendered.
